HeiVäl Consulting under the trademark HeiVäl® was founded in 1993. The company specializes on the most difficult projects in the fields of

- strategy;
- marketing;
- financing from European funds;
We are development partners of private as well as public organizations.
HeiVäl participated in working out technology strategies for five financed R&D centers. We drew up many applied researches and product development plans for different enterprises. We have also worked out technology strategies for several companies involved in high technology. Tonu Hein teaches technology strategy at Entrepreneurship and Technological Development Department Master Studies of University of Tartu. He also participated in working out the guide for enterprises in cooperation with Enterprise Estonia.
HeiVäl’s marketing experience is applied in writing export plans. We drew up over thirty strategies for companies on foreign markets. In the “Guide for Enterprises” HeiVäl managed the strategy part.
For working out the strategies HeiVäl Consulting made own methodology Liivakell ® that allows drawing up integral strategy and put different analyses together.
